Having helped hundreds of people craft their signature talk -- in my programs Magnify Your Message, Women Who Speak, Craft Your Talk, and in 1:1 coaching relationships --  I know that getting clear about the message you want to be known for and crafting the talk is only the beginning of a (hopefully!) very long journey. 

AND, once that talk is written, it takes a boatload of work, stamina & stick-to-it-ness to find the stages, the podcasts or the conferences, pick up the phone, send the email, make the pitches, GET THE GIGS. 

Because when you don’t get the call back, or you don’t get the yes you were hoping for, or you find yourself forgetting about the commitment you made to yourself and your message, and you convince yourself it’s all just too hard, it can be easy to tell yourself “WTF am I doing this for anyway? Maybe I should go get a job at Starbucks”

That’s when you may need a little extra nudge to sit in the discomfort of making the call, or the skill-boost for pitching podcasts, or the feedback on why your talk isn’t converting to clients.

What's included in Visibility Lab? 

1. ONE 90 minute training/Q&A on topics such as: 

• How to pitch for podcasts
• How now to get weird in sales conversations with event organizers or future clients -- so you have structure to your call, but still show up as a human 
• How to develop the 5 kinds of stories you need to have in your back pocket (for podcasts, sales pages, sales calls, etc.) 
• How to develop your talk into your own online virtual workshop. 
• How to build your treasure chest of stories. Not just how to build it, but we'll actually help you build it. 
• How to make your stories relevant to your message (what goes into a story if you’re telling it on a podcast, a sales call etc.)
• How to take your talk and find your podcast hook/ angle
  
  

2. TWO 60-minute "PITCH" days per month.

• Where you show up to write the email & hit send, find the phone number for that person you need to call, pick up the phone, have the conversation. 
  
  All those things that are so easy to put off. You come together with your cohort, say what you're going to do, shake your stuck places lose, and make something happen. 
  
  Then report back and celebrate with your team! 
  
  PLUS, I'll be there and available to answer questions as they arise. 
  
  

3. THREE  30-minute 1:1 calls for each 6 month period.

Once your talk is out there in the world, it's gonna need some fine-tuning.

Here's where you can get feedback for changes in your talk, start work on talk #2, brainstorm conferences and events to pitch to, ask questions about how to approach a decision maker, etc. 

4. Facebook Group 

Here's where you can share questions, wins, challenges, bad days -- PLUS leads to finding speaking gigs.

Once you're out there, you will become one another's referral network!
