An ongoing collective of entrepreneurs & rising though leaders who want to prioritize their visibility, be in community with others who are actively doing the work, and have access to a coach as you take your place on the stage.
Having helped hundreds of people craft their signature talk -- in my programs Magnify Your Message, Women Who Speak, Craft Your Talk, and in 1:1 coaching relationships, I know that crafting and delivering the talk is only the beginning. What fantastic work you did! AND it takes a boatload of work to get the talk out there, on stages, to pick up the phone, make the calls, find the stages, the podcasts, grow the stamina to get no call back, rejections, wtf am i doing this for anyway wait a minute I thought....
It's kinda heartbreaking when
At the end of each course it's a tiny bit (or a whole lot) heartbreaking to say good bye to the small family we've created. That weekly meeting, the weekend retreat, whatever form we met in, comes to an end and poof! all of the sudden you're on your own again. Often we think "I got this! I can do this alone!" or "Let's stay in touch! We can keep meeting and support one another." Yeah howdy I love it when those relationships are built.
Or we go out and hire another coach, do another program, buy another online course rather than leveraging the momentum we've already built with one group of folk.
So it's not another prgoram we need. What we're after is an ongoing collective.
What does the Visibility Lab include?
One 90 minute training/Q&A on topics such as:
- How to pitch for podcasts
- How to build your treasure chest of stories. Not just how to build it, but we'll actually help you build it.
- How to making your stories relevant to your message (what goes into a story if you’re telling it on a podcast, a sales call etc.)
- Developing the 5 kinds of stories you need to have in your back pocket (for podcasts, sales pages, sales calls, etc.
- How now to get weird in sales conversations -- so you have structure but still show up as a human,
- How to take your talk and find your podcast hook/ angle
- How to develop your talk into your own online virtual workshop -- how to develop your talk into that.
- How to have conversations with event organizers. That’s where people start to get funky.
2 1-hour "PITCH" days per month. Where you show up and actually write the email & hit send, or find the phone number, pick up the phone, have the conversation. All those things that are so easy to put off. You come together with your team, say what you're going to do, gets your stuck places lose, and make shit happen.
3 30-minute 1:1 calls for each 6 month period
