➡️ SLIDING SCALE — PLEASE READ
Full tuition for this class is $350.Â
Sliding Scale is $150-350
We live in a world where access to money, wealth, and financial security is profoundly unequal. Those inequities are shaped by systemic and institutionalized oppression, including racism, sexism, ableism, and other forms of discrimination, as well as generational wealth, family resources, student loan debt, housing costs, caregiving responsibilities, and many other factors.
A big part of my work as a storytelling and speaking trainer is to bring more voices to the proverbial table. I want more people to have access to the tools, practice, and support that help them tell their stories and speak with confidence, regardless of their access to wealth.
Sliding scale is one small way I can put that value into practice.
This is also my livelihood. There's no outside funding subsidizing the lower end of the scale. When those who can comfortably pay the full tuition do, it helps me continue offering lower rates and keeps this model sustainable.
If $350 is comfortably within reach, I invite you to pay the full tuition. If $350 would be a financial barrier, or paying less is what makes it possible for you to say yes to the class, choose a lower amount on the scale.
No questions asked. There’s no application and no explanation needed. I trust you to consider both your own circumstances, the larger systems at play, and the value of the class when choosing what to pay. I want you in the room.Â
I can't wait to hear your stories!Â
